MAINTENANCE KITS

Regular maintenance is critical to achieving optimal engine performance. With service simplicity in mind, Clarke maintenance kits are designed and assembled in accordance with NFPA 25 recommendations (Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems). Clarke maintenance kits follow a two-year replacement schedule. In the first year, Clarke annual maintenance kits include an oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, and zinc anode, all of which must be replaced regularly. In the second year, the Clarke Supplemental Maintenance Kit includes replacement parts for coolant-related items and common wear components, such as belts, heat exchanger hoses, pre-heater hoses, and gaskets that may crack due to continuous use. Due to variations in engine bills of materials, confirmation of the engine serial number is required when ordering the second supplemental maintenance kit.
